ย Fast typing skills; proficiency in touch typing is a plus
ย Familiarity with data recorders and optical scanners
ย Strong knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
ย Proficiency with office equipment
ย Excellent command of the English language
ย Attention to detail with the ability to spot grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors

Responsibilities
ย Convert data from paper formats into digital files or database systems
ย Transcribe documents from dictated recordings
ย Take detailed notes during meetings and create clear, organized texts
ย Edit completed work for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
ย Gather and organize typing materials effectively
ย Create spreadsheets and presentations by combining data from existing files
ย Maintain both physical and digital filing systems
ย Scan and print files as needed
ย Uphold confidentiality in accordance with security policies
Qualifications
ย High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plus
