Data Entry Specialist
Job Purpose:The data entry clerk reviews and enters selections provided by the customer into WBS database timely and correctly. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Enter flooring and manufactured good selections into computer database within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Enter in carpet exclusions and request trim estimates.
Scan in all documents for each quote entered.
Enter revisions and or changes and delete old selections when applicable.
Double check all selections entered for accuracy.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
Minimum High School Diploma Required
Two years administrative experience a plus
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Good time management skills
Ability to operate well under the pressure of a deadline
Possess problem solving and analytical skills
Computer skills a plus- Microsoft Office, Email etiquette
