Data Entry Specialist
K2 Integrity is seeking a Data Entry Specialist (Contract) for our Financial Crime Risk Management team. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for receiving, collecting, transferring, reviewing, and entering data. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently collaborate with team members to ensure information is... accurate and entered successfully.
Responsibilities:
Enter data into computer system accurately and efficiently.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Update existing data and perform regular data maintenance tasks.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Organize and maintain files and records in an orderly manner.
Transcribe information from paper documents into digital format.
Other tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of pivot tables, data collection, and computerized data entry systems is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
