Qualifications :
Ongoing management of central mailboxes, including request triage, coverage / assignment matrices updates, and general maintenance.
Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for key BRO tasks / workstreams.
Effectively identify and transcribe relevant data points from mixed formats (emails, templates, forms, etc) into centralized workstream tracking.
Analyze tracking data for areas requiring follow up or update, and engage with work item owner for resolution.
Document relevant meeting discussion points and takeaways; assist in follow up
