Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and audits of data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
Record Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical records, files, and documentation related to travel bookings, contracts, and client communications.
Communication: Collaborate closely with other departments such as reservations, customer service, and management to ensure seamless exchange of information and efficient workflow.
Reporting: Generate and compile reports on key performance metrics, booking trends, and other relevant data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining data entry processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing data quality within the organization.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding the handling and safeguarding of sensitive information.
Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers and colleagues regarding inquiries related to data entry and information management.
