• Generate and maintain reports to track data integrity and entry metrics.
• Follow best practices for data entry and adhere to company policies regarding data privacy and security.
• Participate in training sessions to improve data management practices and software use.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with data management software.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
