Location: Phoenix AZ (Remote)Responsibilities:
With a high level of accuracy and attendance to detail, associates must have the ability to maintain professionalism while working within the guidelines, software, utilizing dual screens and multiple applications.
Associates are required to check two email accounts daily and stay up to date with knowledge checks assigned.
Maintains professional communication with provider offices to request any missing information.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to respond to emails timely and effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications on behalf of credentialing applicants and/or applications that are time sensitive.
Skill in establishing priorities with independent coordination of day-to-day aspects.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office including Outlook, excel and access.
Basic healthcare knowledge
Data entry work so good keyboard skills 25-30 wpm
50 mbps min if 1 user and 100 mbps if multiple users are connected
Associates are not allowed to use open Wi-Fi sources from public areas
Must have a secure workspace inside their residence, where they can be secluded without having any exterior interruptions.
Camera will be required to be on during all training time and when requested by Client
Associates must have a smartphone with an active mobile plan.
