What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Input and maintain accurate travel-related information such as bookings, reservations, client profiles, and other pertinent data into the database systems
Conduct regular reviews and audits of data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
Organize and maintain digital records and documentation related to travel bookings, contracts, and client communications
Collaborate effectively with other departments, including reservations and customer service, to facilitate smooth data exchange and workflow
Generate reports on key performance metrics and booking trends to support decision-making processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in the travel industry
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management
Proficiency in computer software and database systems, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Previous experience in the travel industry
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate remotely with team members
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
