Compensation & Benefits :
This role offers a competitive salary of $47 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities :
Accurately enter and maintain sales and customer data into our company's database
Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
Assist with data clean-up and de-duplication projects
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all data is up to date and reflects current customer information
Prepare reports and analysis as needed using company data
Utilize data entry software and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
Communicate any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members
Adhere to all company policies and procedures for data entry and confidentiality
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 50 wpm)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and effectively manage time and tasks independently
Must reside in Houston, Texas
