Data Entry & Processing | PA or NH applicants only
MARN, Inc. (www.marninc.com) is a woman-owned manufacturers’ sales representative firm based in Connecticut; our territory includes New England and Pennsylvania. While the position is remote, we are looking for someone who LIVES/RESIDES WITHIN NEW HAMPSHIRE or PENNSYLVANIA to provide occasional in-person support at local functions (bi-annual trade shows, site visits, etc.)
We are looking to fill a (primarily) data-entry/data-processing role averaging 15-20 hours per week to start. However, our ideal candidate will be able to work more hours as we expect the position to grow. This is a LONG-TERM, remote (work from home) position with the potential for additional responsibilities in the future. MARN is a small business with a strong promote-from-within culture; we are looking to establish a relationship as much as we are looking to fill our current job opening.
A typical day includes entering information (such as quote requests, new companies/contacts, incoming purchase-orders, etc.) into our database IN REAL TIME. Keeping the information current (updating job titles, quote/shipment statuses, etc.) is part of this job, along with sending emails and/or calling our manufacturers during business hours (M-F 8-5 eastern time.)
