Resolve issues raised by various departments, including pharmacists and fellow technicians.
Conduct all tasks in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Undertake additional responsibilities as needed within the Pharmacy Technician capacity.
Required Skills
Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a related role.
Professional and courteous phone communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Proficiency in basic pharmacy calculations.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred but not mandatory.
