About The Role...
In this position, you will enter and manage specific data within our database systems. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the order and accessibility of data, ensuring that information is stored logically and available whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities
Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
Input data provided directly from customers and other relevant parties.
Develop and manage detailed spreadsheets with large datasets.
Verify data by comparing it to source information to ensure accuracy.
Update existing information and manage the storage of documents efficiently.
Generate reports and handle requests for data retrieval.
Ensure data integrity through regular backups.
Sort, organize, and store paperwork after data entry.
What We Are Looking For
Proven track record as a data entry operator or similar role.
Efficient typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Advanced knowledge of word processing tools and proficient in spreadsheet management.
Familiarity with database systems.
Excellent command of English, with strong oral and written communication skills and a knack for customer service.
A meticulous attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and an ability to think critically.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
