Responsibilities
Input and update customer and project information into our databases promptly and accurately.
Verify the accuracy of data entered and make corrections as needed.
Compile and prepare reports for management as requested.
Assist in maintaining filing systems and archiving documents.
Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data management processes.
Help ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Able to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially
