As a Data Entry Operator, you'll play a vital role in managing and maintaining effective data records. Your primary responsibilities will include inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various company databases. This position is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data organization.
Responsibilities
 Accurately input textual and numerical information from source documents into our database
 Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
 Review data for errors or missing information and correct any incompatibilities
 Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
 Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
 Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being dealt with
 Work closely with team members to optimize data entry procedures
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration is a plus
 Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
 Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and familiarity with spreadsheets
 Strong understanding of data confidentiality principles
 Familiarity with MS Office, data programs, and administrative procedures
 Good command of English, both oral and written
 Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively
