Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires proficiency in various computer applications, strong typing skills, and the ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently. Responsibilities β’ Input and update data in databases and ERP systems with precision. β’ Perform data entry tasks including order entry, transcription, and data collection. β’ Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information. β’ Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and manage data effectively. β’ Ensure accuracy in data entry by conducting regular audits of entered information. β’ Assist with administrative duties as needed, including clerical support and office tasks. β’ Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve data management practices. Experience β’ Proficiency in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. β’ Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is essential. β’ Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred. β’ Basic math skills are necessary for handling numerical data effectively. β’ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. β’ Experience with filing systems and maintaining records is a plus.
