Responsibilities

Ā Collect and organize data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
Ā Utilize Excel to create spreadsheets, including the use of pivot tables for data manipulation.
Ā Maintain organized files, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy retrieval of information as needed.
Ā Perform basic math calculations to verify data accuracy when necessary.
Ā Assist in the development of efficient data entry processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
Ā Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
Requirements
Ā Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on data entry or administrative tasks is preferred.
Ā Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables and other advanced functions.
Ā Basic math skills for verifying numerical data accuracy.
Ā Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy in transcribing information.
Ā Familiarity with data collection methods and best practices for maintaining data integrity.
Ā Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Ā Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
