As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a vital role within our organization by performing accurate data entry and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Responsibilities
• Efficiently and accurately enter data into our payroll system
• Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain records and filing systems for easy retrieval of information
• Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and resolve any errors
• Assist with data clean-up and data conversion projects
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely processing of payroll

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll processes would be an advantage
