Stagway Global is looking for an data entry clerk to join our team. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities:
Ā Accurately and efficiently enter data into the company's database
Ā Verify and validate existing data using MS Excel
Ā As a remote data entry assistant, you will be expected to adhere to strict confidentiality protocols
Ā Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for this position
Requirements:
Ā High school diploma
Ā 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred
Ā Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ā Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ā Positive, high-energy attitude
Ā Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
Ā Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
