Compensation: $23- $26.00 per hour
What youll do as the Data Entry Coordinator:
Perform lead loading and data entry into financial/accounting systems
Manage and follow up on collections activities with clients and vendors
Maintain accurate records of communications and payment statuses
Support the broader accounting team with ad hoc tasks
Ensure timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel)
