Duties
Maintain Confidentiality and adhere to appropriate regulations/laws.
Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
Perform order entry tasks to ensure timely processing of customer requests.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
Assist in the management of office administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across all platforms.
Conduct regular audits of data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Generate reports as required to support departmental functions.
Qualifications
Ability to self motivate and work remotely.
Dedication to accuracy.
Must be a quick learner.
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with database management systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with order entry processes is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
