As a Data Entry Clerk, you will work closely with various departments, handling a wide range of data entry tasks, including client information, property listings, and transaction records. Responsibilities
• Accurately input and maintain data in various databases and spreadsheets
• Organize and manage records such as client information and property listings
• Assist in generating reports and summaries based on data
• Ensure data quality and integrity by conducting regular audits
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments regarding data needs
• Provide administrative support including handling correspondence and scheduling
• Assist with special projects as needed, contributing to overall team success

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related field is a plus
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
