Responsibilities
Transfer data between applications, ensuring precision and accuracy in migration.
Create and manage spreadsheets with large datasets, demonstrating a commitment to error-free data entry.
Verify data by cross-referencing it with source documents, maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
Update existing data with new information as it becomes available, ensuring data currency.
Retrieve requested data from databases or electronic files promptly and efficiently.
Perform regular backups to safeguard data and ensure preservation.
Organize and sort paperwork after data entry to prevent loss.
Requirements And Skills
College degree required.
Proven experience as a data entry specialist, showcasing accuracy and efficiency.
Fast typing skills with excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Solid working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
Basic understanding of web-based applications and associated navigation.
Strong command of English, both oral and written, coupled with excellent customer service skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with independent motivation and critical thinking.
Comfortable reaching out to others independently, with the ability to make progress with limited work direction.
Adaptable to switching between different types of products and advancing all in parallel.
Basic knowledge of measures, metrics, characteristics, and quality attributes.
