Data Entry Clerk Specialist to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate reports and summaries based on data collected.

  • Assist with data cleanup, deduplication, and archiving tasks as required.

  • Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and company policies regarding data entry and management.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry software.

  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with data privacy and confidentiality practices.


Experience



  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related role.
