Data Entry Clerk- Remote - Entry Level

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to perform data entry duties in a busy office setting.
Minimum requirements
Responsibilities
ā¢ Uploading Documents Weekly to Electronic Files and Hard Copies
ā¢ Maintain Training Files/ Online Data / Hard Copies.
ā¢ Creating and uploading new candidate personnel files into the system..
ā¢ Maintain updated status for inactive employees, and returning employees from leave.
ā¢ Assist in providing electronic file, administration and training to new employees.
ā¢ Perform weekly audits (Electronic Files/ Hard Copies) to ensure that data remains at 100%.
Qualifications
ā¢ Must have two years previous data entry experience.
ā¢ High School Diploma.
ā¢ Attention to detail..
ā¢ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Contract: Part Time
Minimal education: Associate Degree
