Key Responsibilities

Convert paper‑based documents, handwritten forms, and scanned images into digital records using keyboards, optical scanners, and specialized data‑entry software.
Enter customer‑provided data accurately into careerzynith’s proprietary database and standard spreadsheet templates.
Generate and maintain large‑scale spreadsheets, ensuring formulas, totals, and formatting are error‑free.
Cross‑verify entered data against original source documents to confirm 100 % accuracy.
Update existing records promptly when new information or corrections are received.
Retrieve and compile data extracts from the database or electronic filing systems upon request from internal teams or external stakeholders.
Perform routine data backups and coordinate with IT to guarantee data preservation and compliance with security protocols.
