Entering and updating informationinto relevant databases.
Ensuring data is backedup.
Informing relevant parties regarding errorsencountered.
Storing hard copies of data in anorganized manner to optimize retrieval.
Handlingadditional duties from time to time.
Type indata provided directly from customers
Createspreadsheets with large numbers of figures withoutmistakes
Verify data by comparing it to sourcedocuments
Update existingdata
Retrieve data from the database orelectronic files as requested
Perform regularbackups to ensure data preservation
Sort andorganize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is notlost
JobRequirements :
High school degreeor equivalent
Proven experience as data entryclerk
Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touchtyping system is strongly preferred
Basicunderstanding of databases
Great attention todetail
Employment Type : Full Time / PartTime
Data entry or administrative assistantexperience is not needed but can be a bonus
