As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering medical data into our electronic systems.

Responsibilities :
Accurately and efficiently enter medical data into electronic systems
Verify data for completeness and accuracy, making necessary corrections as needed
Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost privacy and discretion
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry
Perform data audits and troubleshoot any discrepancies
Other clerical duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework in healthcare or related field preferred
Previous experience in data entry or medical data preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
Willing to adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
