Ā Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces

Ā Completes warranty work for various vendors, specifically tracking items to ensure accuracy

Ā Acts as a backup to the Customer Service Representatives by assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during high call volume

Ā Works with Microsoft Office
,
Ā Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
Requirements
Ā Previous experience in a relevant position desired

Ā Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred
,
Ā High School degree or equivalent required
,
Ā Ability to read, understand and perform standard procedures and work instructions
,
Ā Basic math and logic skills required
,
Ā Basic computer skills and software use (email, document prep, and spreadsheets) desired.
