 Accurately input and update data in our database systems
 Review data for errors and inconsistencies
 Prepare and sort documents for data entry
 Generate reports and perform backup operations
 Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
 Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
 Comply with data integrity and security policies
 Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
 Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
 Proven... experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
 Fast typing skills with a keen eye for detail
 Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
 Familiarity with office equipment and computer hardware
 Basic understanding of databases
 Good command of English, both oral and written
 Great attention to detail
 Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
