Position Overview

We are actively recruiting a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our Gainesville, TX office. Location: Gainesville, TX 76240 (on‑site)
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience


Key Responsibilities

Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with a focus on speed, precision, and zero errors.
Scan, index, and digitize paper documents, ensuring that electronic records are correctly labeled and stored.
Maintain physical filing systems, organizing documents in a logical, easy‑to‑retrieve manner.
Conduct routine data verification checks to confirm the integrity of information entered into databases.
Support general administrative duties, including copying, faxing, email correspondence, and supply management.
Work independently in a quiet office setting, while also collaborating with teammates when cross‑functional projects arise.

Essential Qualifications
