Responsibilities

– Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
– Assist in generating reports and compiling data for analysis
– Support administrative tasks as needed
