Β Basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets preferred
Β Strong typing skills; knowledge of touch typing is a plus
Β Excellent familiarity with word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
Β Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
Β Good command of English, both oral and written, along with customer service skills

Responsibilities
Β Input data from various sources into our company database
Β Review data for errors or redundancies
Β Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight
Β Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
Β Update customer information in a secure manner
Β Organize existing data across multiple spreadsheets
Β Verify outdated data and make necessary changes to records
Β Analyze and use data from automated information aggregators to update the database
Qualifications
Β No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential
Β A can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Β Successful candidates will complete a four-week training program
