Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data across multiple arenaflex databases and cloud‑based platforms with a focus on speed and precision.
Perform regular data quality audits, flagging inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing fields and initiating corrective actions.
Compile, verify, and sort incoming information—whether from spreadsheets, PDFs, scanned documents, or verbal communications—preparing it for seamless entry.
Review and validate data for errors before submission, adhering to arenaflex’s high‑standard quality guidelines.
Generate periodic reports that summarize entry volume, accuracy rates, and trends, providing insights to supervisors and senior management.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all client and company data in compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Serve as the first point of contact for on‑site visitors and inbound callers, delivering courteous, knowledgeable assistance and routing inquiries appropriately.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including IT, Customer Success, and Sales—to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow efficiencies.
Identify opportunities for process automation and recommend tools or best practices that could streamline data entry tasks.


Essential Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a data entry, data processing, or similar administrative role.
Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and Word—as well as experience using database management software (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, or proprietary arenaflex platforms).
Exceptional attention to detail; demonstrated ability to achieve an error rate of less than 0.5% in high‑volume data environments.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
