Responsibilities
ā¢ Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases
ā¢ Review data for errors, completeness, and consistency
ā¢ Organize and manage digital files and records
ā¢ Process forms, documents, and reports in a timely manner
ā¢ Follow data confidentiality and security guidelines
ā¢ Communicate with team members to clarify or verify information as needed
Qualifications
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
ā¢ Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
ā¢ Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
ā¢ Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
Preferred
ā¢ Experience in real estate, office administration, or document management
ā¢ Fast and accurate typing skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
