Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
Responsibilities
Enter data into our database software and ensure the accuracy of the information
Update existing data and remove any outdated information
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Generate and distribute reports as needed
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Respond to and resolve data-related inquiries
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate data management
