Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant
Indulge Travels is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
The Data Entry Clerk will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and integrity within our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with repetitive tasks, have good typing speed, and work well independently.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Enter, verify, and update data in various systems and databases accurately and efficiently
ā¢ Maintain and organize data files and records, ensuring completeness and accuracy
ā¢ Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information, and take corrective actions
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to clarify information and resolve any discrepancies
ā¢ Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability
ā¢ Assist with data reporting as needed
ā¢ Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain confidentiality and data security
Requirements:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
ā¢ Excellent typing speed and accuracy
ā¢ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
ā¢ Strong organizational skills
ā¢ Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
