Ā Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position is a plus
Ā Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
Ā Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office Word, Excel)
Ā Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
Ā Basic understanding of databases
Ā Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
