Data Entry CLerk

Remote Full-time
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating our database with accurate and timely information. Your responsibilities will include:
• Entering data from various sources into our database systems with speed and accuracy.
• Verifying and reviewing data for errors or discrepancies, and correcting as needed...
• Organizing and maintaining files and records in a systematic manner.
• Performing regular data quality checks to ensure integrity and completeness.
• Assisting with data cleanup and consolidation projects as necessary.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient data management processes.
• Adhering to data entry protocols and confidentiality policies to safeguard sensitive information.
• Completing assigned tasks within established deadlines and priorities.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
