Data Entry Clerks help maintain organized and up-to-date records, supporting decision-making processes within the company.In this part-time remote job we are looking for individuals to fulfill the following responsibilities:Answering phones and greeting customersEntering data into our database systemsEnter data provided directly by customersVerify data against original documentsRetrieve data from database or electronic files as requestedSort and organize paperwork after data entry to ensure that it is not lost and is archivedMaintain filing systemOther duties as requiredSkillsProven experience as a data entry clerk, receptionist.Accurate typing skillsKnowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)Working knowledge of office equipmentBasic knowledge of databasesGood command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skillsStrong attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalentSalary depends on experienceType of work: Part timeThis is strictly an online job and work from home job hours are flexible and you can choose to work from any location of your choice, pay is $35.00 per hour, training is $25.00 per hour and you will receive weekly pay via check or direct deposit working 30 to 40 hours per week. If you are employed you will be working as a full employee and not an independent contractor.
