Responsibilities
• Input data accurately into the system while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verify and check the accuracy of incoming data before entry into the database.
• Update existing data when required, ensuring all records are current and correctly filed.
• Organize and maintain files and documents for easy retrieval and reference.
• Collaborate with recruitment coordinators to gather necessary information for data entry.
• Assist in preparing reports and summarizing data as requested by management.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data to uphold data integrity standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, preferably in staffing and recruiting.
• Strong typing skills with a high accuracy rate and proficiency in data entry software.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and database software; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail; must be able to identify errors and inconsistencies in data.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
