Key Responsibilities Data Capture & Entry : Accurately input equipment specifications, calibration results, maintenance logs, and certification details into arenaflex’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Data Validation : Perform routine audits of newly entered records to verify completeness, correct formatting, and alignment with established data standards. Error Identification & Correction : Detect inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or missing fields; investigate root causes and resolve issues promptly. Calibration Documentation : Review calibration certificates, confirm traceability to national standards, and update system records to reflect the latest verification dates. Expiration Monitoring : Set up automated alerts for upcoming certification expirations, schedule re‑certifications, and communicate timelines to relevant stakeholders. Reporting & Analytics Support : Generate routine reports on data quality metrics, calibration status, and equipment compliance for internal and client‑facing dashboards.
