This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working with large volumes of information in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Receive, organize, and process incoming audit documentation and requestsEnter and verify data across various platforms with high accuracyClassify documents and assign appropriate codes for audit trackingCommunicate with internal teams to resolve missing or unclear informationMaintain audit logs, data repositories, and intake recordsSupport auditors and compliance staff with documentation requestsAssist in developing and improving data entry and intake workflowsEnsure adherence to data privacy and compliance standardsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelors degree preferred13 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or audit coordinationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management softwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlinesFamiliarity with audit processes or compliance environments is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for growth and professional developmentSupportive and collaborative work environmentFlexible work arrangements (remote options available)A chance to be part of an innovative, forward-thinking company
