Data Entry Associate (Tech Support)

We are seeking a detail-oriented DEA (Data Entry Agent) to join our team and support a leading telecommunications client. This role involves handling data entry, dispatch operations, and occasional communication/calls with technicians and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.Bold Business is a US-based leading global business processing outsourcing firm with over 25 years experience and $7B+ in client engagements.
