Responsibilities

ā¢ Assist with order entry and maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
ā¢ Conduct transcription tasks as needed, ensuring clarity and precision in documentation.
ā¢ Provide clerical support, including basic math calculations and administrative tasks.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve data management practices.
ā¢ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
ā¢ Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles with a focus on accuracy.
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables.
ā¢ Strong typing skills with a high level of attention to detail.
ā¢ Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is preferred.
