Job description: The Greer Group is recruiting a Data Entry Associate for our client in Durham!
This is a short-term position through June 20th. Monday –Friday, 9 AM –3 PM. Onsite Tuesday through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday.
Focus on entering applicant information into the NC Pre-K Application system to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Extract personal identifying information from spreadsheets and physical application forms.
Accurately input data into the Application, Prioritization, and Placement System (APP).
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Follow established procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with the NC Pre-K program team and report progress to the Director of Programs.
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience with data entry or administrative tasks is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Comfortable working independently and in a hybrid setting (onsite and remote).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
Complete a background check.
Expected salary: $18 per hour
