Data Entry Assistant / Typing - Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Log in petitions and create and label case folders for effective case management
- Research cases and prepare data for entry into relevant systems
- Maintain the integrity of files and assist with scanning documents for electronic case files
- Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and cases while managing outgoing case files
- Input call questions and email responses into tracking systems, ensuring accurate documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant administrative experience
- Ability to pass a typing test of at least 35-40 WPM with no errors
- Experience in an office or clerical environment
- Intermediate computer skills, including basic MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, and Email)
- Ability to pass a thorough criminal background check and credit history for government clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a multi-task environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Proficiency in Spanish in addition to a very good command of the English language
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Demonstrated professional work ethic
- Familiarity with operating letter insertion and postage equipment
