Responsibilities
ā¢ Accurately and efficiently enter data into the company's database.
ā¢ Verify and validate existing data using MS Excel.
ā¢ As a remote data entry assistant, you will be expected to adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.
ā¢ Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for this position.
Requirements
ā¢ High school diploma
ā¢ 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred
ā¢ Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
ā¢ Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Positive, high-energy attitude
ā¢ Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
ā¢ Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
