Key Responsibilities:
Ā Perform data entry of customer information, inventory records, and order details with precision and efficiency.
Ā Assist in maintaining and updating internal databases to ensure information is always accurate and accessible.
Ā Communicate remotely with other departments to confirm and verify data, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Ā Support reporting efforts by ensuring entered data is properly formatted and categorized.
Ā Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of completed data entry tasks.
Ā Follow company guidelines for the secure handling of data while working remotely.
Skills & Qualifications:
Ā Previous experience in data entry or administrative support roles, ideally in a remote setting.
Ā Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ā Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar data management tools.
Ā Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Ā Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Pay: $27 - $33 per hour
