Responsibilities:
Utilize Excel and Salesforce to monitor, update, and analyze data in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness, meeting required standards and guidelines.
Identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and discrepancies, collaborating with the sales team to ensure data quality.
Conduct regular data validation checks to detect inaccuracies and discrepancies in lead information.
Prepare detailed reports on missing or incomplete data, communicating findings to the sales team and leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related issues, qualify leads, and drive business growth.
Develop and implement process improvements to streamline data quality, reduce operational costs, and enhance data management efficiency.
Document and report challenges or deviations from standard processes, providing recommendations for further action.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry, or a related field.
Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow specific instructions, adhere to guidelines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
Experience in sales or lead qualification processes is a plus, but not required.
