Key Objectives
• Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various platforms and databases.
• Ensure data quality and consistency to support business analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities
• Enter and verify data from multiple sources with a high degree of accuracy.
• Review and correct data inconsistencies and errors promptly.
• Maintain and update databases and records in accordance with company standards.
• Generate reports and summaries to assist business units in data-driven decision making.
• Assist in developing and improving data entry procedures and workflows.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding data issues and improvements.
• Adhere to data privacy and security policies at all times.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with database software is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices is advantageous.
